Heat and then bring the fish stock to a boil, after 2 minutes you need to pour chopped potatoes into cubes and chopped carrots in circles, cook for 10 minutes.
Parallel to this, about 3-4 minutes in a pan with a thick bottom, constantly stirring, fry the onion garlic and bay leaf.
After adding seasoning to taste and boil the broth for another 3-5 minutes.
Add the fried onions to the pan into the pan and cook a little more, add the fish and cook for a couple more minutes.
Add the cream and bring to a boil and remove from the stove.
