Bananas in batter – a very satisfying dessert, in Europe it is customary to serve it with ice cream, caramel, chocolate, honey. Decorate the dish with nuts, berries or cream.
Our child went to his neighbor’s birthday party, came and said that there were bananas in batter and that they ended too quickly. I had to look for recipes, experiment, as a result, we still made such a dish as it was at a children’s holiday, everyone was satisfied.
Like many fruits, the batter is cooked simply and quickly. The taste of this dish is special, it is more reminiscent of a dried banana than fresh.
Add flour to the mixture, mix so that there are no lumps, use a whisk, mixer or blender for this. By consistency, the batter should turn out like thick sour cream, if liquid comes out, you can add a little flour.
Bananas need to be taken ripe, greens may not bake, and ripe ones may float and the taste will not be the way it should be. Cut each banana into 2-4 pieces.
Fry over low heat on both sides until golden brown.
After a piece, put it on a paper towel to stack excess fat.
Transfer from a napkin to a plate, decorate
