German potato salad

7 pcs.Potatoes
200 gBacon
4 stalkscelery
Red onion
salt
Vinegar
5 tsp. granular mustard
green onion
matcha powder tea

Potatoes with my hard brush. Cut it into medium cubes and boil in salted water for 20 minutes.

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan, stirring. Put the fried bacon in a bowl using a slotted spoon.

First, cut the celery stalks lengthwise, then across into small cubes. Similarly chopped red onion. Fry vegetables until soft on melted fat from bacon. When frying vegetables, add vinegar.

Combine the fried vegetables with bacon, add mustard, add more salt to taste.

Add the finished potatoes and combine all the ingredients in a warm state. When serving, add green onion and matcha tea. Bon Appetit!
