Waffles are a popular pastry, one of the most famous types of confectionery in the world. The main ingredients for making waffles are eggs, milk, flour, and sugar. Someone prefers homemade waffle rolls to soft, while others prefer exclusively crispy and thin.

First, beat the eggs and gradually, add sugar in a trickle, while whisking all the time. As soon as the mass thickens, add butter, which can be replaced with high-quality margarine.

Melt the butter on the stove for a short while and then add the flour in parts and stir vigorously until the wafer dough is smooth and smooth without any lumps.

Put batter in a heated waffle iron, cover with a lid and squeeze. Bake for 40-60 seconds depending on the heating temperature.
