Amazing ice cream with cucumber and avocado, for lovers of exotic desserts, has an unusual fresh taste. The dessert is being prepared for a rather long time, but for gourmets who want to feel the not tired, sugary sweet taste of ice cream, and a new fresh taste with mint notes it is worth trying to cook this dessert.

My avocado and put on a cutting board. Cut it in half, take out the bone, peel the skin, cut the remaining pulp into small cubes.

My fresh cucumber, peeled, also cut into cubes. We take the flesh of an avocado, put the sliced cucumber in a blender or food processor.

The mass of future ice cream must be transferred to a special wide container and put in the freezer for 9 hours. After three hours, dessert must be loosened with a fork so that it is enriched with air and to get rid of the ice, so repeat three times.
