We cut white cabbage into strips. Cut the red onion in half rings, rub the carrots on a coarse grater, shift everything into a bowl. Add 3 tbsp. l salt and 4 tbsp. l sugar, mix everything thoroughly and leave for 5 minutes. Then we wash the salad under running water and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a large pot of water we place the pomegranate cut into 2 parts, we actively clean it, so that all the grains will sink to the bottom, and unnecessary white partitions will float up.
We are preparing salad dressing. Combine kimchi sauce with sour cream and vinegar. We mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk, add salt and sugar.
Fill salad with kimchi sauce, add pomegranate seeds, mix everything. Bon Appetit!
