In the bowl of the mixer, we combine 400 g of wheat flour, 40 g of fresh yeast, 60 ml of warm milk, 2 eggs and 20 g of granulated sugar. Beat the hook in the mixer with a nozzle at medium speed. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and knead for 7 minutes.
We introduce 170 grams of butter in stages, continuing to knead. Salt and finally knead for 20-30 seconds. We send the finished dough into a bowl, cover with cling film and let it sit in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
Pour 150 g of refined sugar into a tight bag. Using a meat hammer, break the sugar into medium pieces. We spread the dough on the work surface, slightly stretching it with your hands. On top, evenly distribute refined sugar and mix it in the dough.
We form blanks, put them on a baking sheet with baking paper and remove them to leave in a warm oven for 20 minutes.
Grease waffle iron with vegetable oil and bake the workpiece.
Sprinkle the finished wafers with powdered sugar. Bon Appetit!
