Pour 2 cups beans with cold water and leave for 10-12 hours. Then we drain the water and fill it with fresh cold water, put it on the fire and cook until tender. Grind the onions and fry in oil until transparent, add chopped mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates.
Mix the beans with mushrooms and onions, put in a saucepan and simmer for 10-12 minutes under the lid. Salt the dish, add spices, chopped garlic, chopped dill and simmer for another 5 minutes. Enjoy the taste!
