Milk soup with vegetables and vermicelli
500 ml milk
250 ml Water
60 g egg vermicelli
1 PC. squash
3 pcs. Potatoes
We clean the vegetables. We cut the potatoes into cubes, chop the onion into rings, turnip into straws. We pass the vegetables in a preheated pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
Dilute hot milk with water and send prepared vegetables. Salt to taste and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
Add the vermicelli and slices of zucchini. Salt to taste and continue cooking until tender. Bon Appetit!
