Mushroom cream soup with turkey

Rinse the turkey, dry, cut into strips, heat the pan with the addition of 50 ml of olive oil and fry the fillet. Cut 150 g of mushrooms into quarters and add to the turkey. Cut the red onion in half rings, also put it in the pan, fry and salt.

Chopped onions arbitrarily, heat the pan with the addition of 70 ml of olive oil. Cut the medium-sized peeled carrots, add to the onion. Divide into quarters 200 g of champignons, fry with vegetables, pour in 22% cream and salt. Grind the soup in a blender, return to the pan and bring to a boil.

Put the soup in a plate, add the fried turkey, onion and mushrooms on top. Garnish with parsley. Bon Appetit!
