We prepare other ingredients for the soup: chop finely 50-100 g of oyster mushrooms and champignons, rub 1 carrot on a fine grater, cut the white part of the leek into rings.
In a heated frying pan with vegetable oil, first fry the carrots and leeks, then send two types of mushrooms and leave to stew.
We take out the boiled turkey wings, carrots and onions from the broth. To the pan we send the fried mushrooms, carrots and leeks, salt, add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the meat from the wings of the turkey and add to the soup.
