Potatoes
100 g feta cheese
100 g Cottage cheese
40 g Sour cream
80 g Cheese
2 pcs. Egg
60 g Butter
parsley
100 ml milk
50 ml Mineral water
60 g wheat flour
20 ml Vegetable oil
to taste salt

Combine milk with water, add sifted flour, egg and mix thoroughly. We bake pancakes in a hot pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Grease each pancake with butter.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, rub on a fine grater and combine with crushed cheese and cottage cheese. Finely chop the parsley, melt the butter and add the ingredients to the potato mixture along with the egg and salt.

We stuff pancakes beat sour cream and rub a little hard cheese on a fine grater. Lubricate the baking dish with butter, put pancakes, pour sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 230 degrees until cooked. Bon Appetit!
