- 100 g Cottage cheese
- 40 g Sour cream
- 80 g Cheese
- 2 pcs. Egg
- 60 g Butter
- parsley
- 100 ml milk
- 50 ml Mineral water
- 60 g wheat flour
- 20 ml Vegetable oil
- to taste salt

Steps
1 Done | Combine milk with water, add sifted flour, egg and mix thoroughly. We bake pancakes in a hot pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Grease each pancake with butter. |
2 Done | Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, rub on a fine grater and combine with crushed cheese and cottage cheese. Finely chop the parsley, melt the butter and add the ingredients to the potato mixture along with the egg and salt. |
