1 PC. Bulb onions
1 tbsp. l tomato paste
45 ml Vegetable oil
4 things. Potatoes

Soak peas in advance in cold water.

Boil the beef until cooked. Salt the beef broth and send the peas into it. Peel onions, carrots, and potatoes. We cut the potatoes into cubes or in the form of sticks, rub the peeled carrots, and chop the onions.

We send potatoes to peas, and we send onions and carrots to a frying pan warmed up with vegetable oil. Add tomato paste.

We send the fried vegetables to an almost ready soup. Cut the beef into small pieces and add to the soup as well.
