Pour 5 liters of water into the pan, bring to a boil, salt, spread the pasta and cook to the state of "al dente". We drain the water and cool the pasta.
Peel the tomatoes from the skin and cut them in half. Chop the cheese into strips, and cut the olives in half. Mix mayonnaise with chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Combine pasta, tomatoes and some walnuts, season with sauce.
