Potato Salad with Avocado
5 pieces. Potatoes
2 pcs. Avocado
1 PC. Orange
30 ml Olive oil
black pepper to taste
We cut the potatoes into cubes, finely chop the spinach. Cut the radish heads in half, then cut into thin slices. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, remove the skin, cut the flesh into cubes.
Mix the prepared ingredients. Cooking the sauce. Combine 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1.5 teaspoons of sugar and orange zest. Salt and pepper to taste, whisk thoroughly.
Dress the salad with sauce and garnish with orange slices. Bon Appetit!
