Potato salad with cod liver
3 pcs. Potatoes
7 pcs. Quail eggs
black pepper to taste
Optionally chop potatoes. Halve 11 cherry tomatoes. Boil quail eggs and potatoes until tender. Fill the eggs with cold water. We clear from a shell. Cut into halves.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour in a little cod oil. Mix.
Put the salad on the slate. Lay cod liver slices on top. Decorate with arugula. Water the remaining oil. Bon Appetit!
