- 100 g Salmon
- 100 g Chinese cabbage
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Anchovies
- 50 ml natural yogurt
- Greens
- black pepper to taste

Steps
1 Done | Boil the potatoes, cool and cut into slices. |
2 Done | Boil salmon in salted water or steam. Chop Chinese cabbage (or lettuce), greens. Gently mix the salad ingredients. |
3 Done | For the dressing, grind garlic with anchovies in a mortar, mix with yogurt. If necessary, salt and pepper. |
