- 2 pcs. Potatoes
- 100 g Salmon
- 100 g Chinese cabbage
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 50 ml natural yogurt
- black pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes, cool and cut into slices.
Boil salmon in salted water or steam. Chop Chinese cabbage (or lettuce), greens. Gently mix the salad ingredients.
For the dressing, grind garlic with anchovies in a mortar, mix with yogurt. If necessary, salt and pepper.
