Peel the onion from the husk, cut into a cube along with potatoes and two stalks of celery. Shred dill.
Pour the vegetable oil into the stewpan. Fry the onion. Add celery, potatoes, corn, and mix. Pour in 33% cream, add a little boiling water. Cook until tender.
Salt, pepper to taste, add dill and mix. Decorate with herbs. Bon Appetit!
