300 g squid
1000 ml Fish broth
2 pcs. Potatoes
1 PC. Bulb onions
1 PC. Carrot
Celery root
Lemon
30 ml Olive oil
black pepper to taste

We clean the squid and cut into rings. We cut celery, onions, and carrots into strips, and potatoes into slices.
