Washed potatoes wrap in foil. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven at a temperature of 200 ° C. Let cool.
Using a spoon, remove the potato pulp and knead in a bowl.
Add the butter and mix. Rub the mozzarella on a grater and send it to a bowl. Add black pepper, parsley, salt and mix everything.
