Boil chicken breast and eggs in salted water in advance. We send prunes to boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Cut onions and spread the first layer. Spread chicken, pineapple and chopped prunes on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the proteins on a grater, spread the layer. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Grind the yolks, sprinkle the salad and serve. If desired, decorate the salad with herbs, olives or canned peas. Bon Appetit!
