Boil potatoes, peel and cut into medium-sized cubes. Fresh tomatoes are also cut into cubes.
Boil veal for 10 minutes. We take the meat out of the broth and let it cool slightly at room temperature. Cut the veal into medium-sized cubes. Cut the cucumber into small pieces.
We prepare portioned transparent bowls and put cubes of boiled veal on their bottom. Lubricate the meat with mayonnaise and put the cubes of boiled potatoes in the next layer. Add mayonnaise to the potato layer.
We layout slices of pickled cucumber on potatoes. We spread tomatoes with the next layer and pour the mayonnaise on the salad again. We try to evenly distribute the total amount of mayonnaise on all layers.
