Quesadilla with banana and salted caramel
4 pcs. Tortilla
400 g Butter cream
2 pcs. Bananas
100ml Butter cream
200 g Sugar
Combine the cream with cinnamon and mix.
Cut the bananas into thin circles and fry in butter, sprinkling them with sugar.
We prepare caramel: we heat granulated sugar with butter, then pour in the cream and mix actively, salt and mix again until smooth.
We spread tortilla with cinnamon cream, spread the fried bananas, cover with caramel and close. Fry in a pan on both sides.
When serving, decorate with blueberries and mint. Bon Appetit!
