Cake raindrop – it is difficult to call a traditional cake because of its appearance and composition. This dessert is a new trend in Japanese cuisine and is an alternative to high-calorie pastries. The original name of the cake “Raindrop” reads like Raindrops and it consists only of mineral water and agar-agar.
The taste of this dessert is neutral, so a drop is served with maple syrup and toasted soy flour.
