Cut the red onion in half rings, cherry tomatoes into halves. Pour vegetable oil into a wide stewpan with high sides and fry the prepared vegetables.

Randomly chop ½ bell pepper, the white part of the leek, celery stalks, carrots - we send all prepared vegetables to the saucepan for onions and tomatoes, fry everything.

Add the tomato paste, mix everything and simmer for 3-5 minutes. We introduce canned red beans along with the liquid, let the soup boil. If desired, you can pour a little boiling water.

Season with sweet ground paprika, salt, dry Italian herbs. When serving, decorate with fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
