The Red Sea is a quick and simple salad in a hurry. This dish got such an unusual name because almost all the ingredients that make up its composition are red. A Red Sea salad with crab sticks is being prepared in just 10-15 minutes, but a feeling of satiety and delight remains for several hours. Of course, some may say that crab sticks are not very healthy food and are far from marine delights. However, we do not eat them every day, and to try a salad with crab sticks at least once a month will not do much harm. By the way, you can replace the sticks with crab meat – the effect will be the same.
The essence of Red Sea salad is that all components are cut into thin strips and mixed with mayonnaise. The amount of garlic can be reduced or increased, focusing on your taste preferences. This salad can be prepared both for every day and on holidays.

Wash the tomatoes and remove the stalk. Remove the core with a spoon, leaving only the fleshy part. Cut the tomatoes into thin strips.

We grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
