Salad of cottage cheese, beets and beef
100 g Beef
200 g Cottage cheese
Greens and herbs
1 clove Garlic
In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped green onions and parsley, salt, freshly chopped pepper, a little vegetable oil and a mixture of Italian herbs. Mix everything and put in a serving dish.
Cut the garlic and fry in a pan with vegetable oil, send it to the cottage cheese.
Pour the chopped beets with vegetable oil and mix, salt and spread on the cottage cheese.
There we place slices of chopped boiled beef. We decorate beets with green onions, and beef with a mixture of Italian herbs. Bon Appetit!
