Chicken fillet is one of the most popular ingredients for salads. This is explained not only by the fact that chicken meat is cooked quickly enough, it is affordable, but also by the fact that chicken goes well with many products. Chicken salads are well suited for those who follow the figure because the meat of this bird is low-calorie. The meat of this bird is good for the body. It contains protein, which is easily absorbed, as well as polyunsaturated acids. It is important that the chicken contains a minimal amount of cholesterol (it is contained in the skin and is not recommended for food), which makes it useful in some ways for people with ischemia, hypertension and other diseases of the cardiovascular system.
