In season, warm salads will be the perfect meal when you want to eat a hearty meal, but at the same time usefully. The chicken liver salad also belongs to the category of dishes – simple, fast and delicious.

Peel the fresh mango fruit and separate the bone. The mango pulp should be cut into medium cubes. First, put on a flat plate a couple of handfuls of lettuce leaves, and on top - tropical fruit.

Next, you need to prepare a dressing: in a separate bowl, pour 5 tablespoons of olive oil, add mustard and honey. Stir well.

Heat in a pan about 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and briefly fry the chopped pieces of chicken liver, until a light ruddy color. In the process, salt and pepper with ground black pepper.

Put the liver on a plate with salad and pour mustard-honey dressing, about 4-5 tablespoons.
