Ingredients

3 pcs. Potatoes
1 PC. Carrot
2 pcs. Egg
200 g marinated mushrooms
1 PC. Pickle (from any pickles)
5 tbsp. l canned peas
5 tbsp. l Mayonnaise
taste salt

Done

Pre-boil potatoes, carrots, and eggs in salted water. When ready, cool and then clean. Cut vegetables and eggs into cubes. Sent in a bowl.

Wash the pickled mushrooms. Grind and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Dice the pickled cucumber. Drain the liquid from the green peas, add together with the cucumber to the salad.
