15 g walnuts (peeled)
50 g Bulgarian red pepper
1 tsp adjika
60 g Red onion
2 cloves Garlic
20 g Olive oil
salt

Peel the red onion and finely chop. Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut it into strips. Cloves of garlic are passed through a press or chopped with a knife.

Boil veal for 10 minutes, cool slightly and cut into cubes. We chop the walnut kernels with a knife into large crumbs.Peel the red onion and finely chop. Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut it into strips. Cloves of garlic are passed through a press or chopped with a knife.

We take a deep bowl and transfer the canned beans, chopped red onion, cubes of boiled veal, straws of red pepper, adjika and garlic puree into it. Add olive oil and salt to taste.

Mix all the ingredients.
