Salad with squid and green beans
200 g squid
50 g frozen green beans
2 pcs. Egg
1 A tomato
5 mixture of peppers
4 tbsp. l natural yogurt
1 tbsp. l Soy sauce
1 clove Garlic
Boil green beans for a couple and pour cold water. We remove excess moisture from beans with paper towels. Cut the beans into small segments.
Peel the boiled eggs and cut into strips.
Cut the seeds from the tomato and cut it into strips. We combine the chopped ingredients, add the squid, pepper.
Cook the sauce. Combine yogurt, soy sauce, chopped garlic, and dill.
Dress the salad with sauce. Decorate the dish with green onions and add the sauce to taste. Bon Appetit!
