Salad with Strawberries and Goat Cheese
Salads are better to pick, rinse and dry.
From goat cheese, roll the balls in chopped dried tarragon (tarragon), and cut the strawberries in half. These two ingredients are laid out on a pillow of dried salad leaves.
For the sauce, mix olive oil and vinegar, and there should be more oil. With the help of a mixer, we make the so-called "dressing" out of them.
