Ingredients

150 g Salami
3 pcs. Potatoes
5 pieces. Eggs
200 g Mixture of salads (iceberg and radicho)
1 PC. Shallot
125 g Sour cream
125 g Yogurt
1 PC. Pickled cucumber
1 tablespoon Mustard
to taste Chives
to taste parsley
to taste Salt pepper

The word “salami” is translated from French as “sausage.” The preparation of such a sausage with a specific was invented by Italian peasants. Because of their poverty, they were forced to store meat products for a long time (sometimes a year) at room temperature. Over time, as it matured, this meat product became denser and retained its taste. Today, salami is a variety of hard smoked sausage. It is also cooked in the fresh air, drying the meat of one or more animals (most often they use pork, beef, poultry). Salami may also contain additional ingredients, such as garlic, spices, herbs, vinegar, wine, which only emphasize the taste of the product.

Rinse the potatoes, peel them, cook until ready in salted water, cool. Cut into medium slices.

Finely chop green onion and parsley.

Chop shallots into small cubes. Heat the pan, add vegetable oil, put shallots, fry, stirring.

In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the potatoes until crusted, then wrap the potatoes in foil and put in a plate under the lid. The potato should stay warm.

Cut a pickled cucumber into small cubes.

For dressing in a cup, mix pickled cucumber, onion, add mustard, sour cream, and yogurt.

Hard-boiled eggs, cool. Cut into quarters.

Tear lettuce leaves by hand put on a dish. Put potatoes, fried onions and egg slices on top. Salami slices are rolled into a “bag”, put to the rest of the ingredients. Serve separately. Bon Appetit!
