Chowder is an American soup. His recipe was invented in the midwestern United States. In every state of America, this soup has its original taste: some add tomatoes to it, others add corn, and others add chili. Chowder is served with fresh bread or with puff crackers, sprinkled abundantly with finely chopped greens.
