We lay the walls of pepper on the grill and bake until black. Remove the charred skin and chop the pepper with a medium cube.
Cut the onions with feathers, fry in a wok in vegetable oil and add chopped peppers to it. Remove the tomatoes from the skin, cut into cubes and also add to the wok.
Introduce paprika, quickly fry everything, then pour in water, add diced potatoes and salt.
Cook the dumplings. ½ cup flour mixed with egg and salt, knead a tough dough, form a sausage and, pinching a little bit, add to the wok. Pour more water and boil everything.
Cut the salmon fillet on the skin into a large cube, clean the shrimp. We take peeled squids, cut off the fins, make cuts in the form of a grid and cut into large pieces.
We spread the fish and seafood in a wok, simmer for 2-3 minutes and serve with chopped green onions. Bon Appetit!
