Shrimp and Mango Salad

Chop the garlic and fry it until golden. Boil and peel the shrimp (12 pcs.). Add the shrimp to the garlic and fry for 1 minute. Grate 100 g carrots on a grater. Peel the mango, cut the flesh into slices.

Put mustard leaves, lettuce and grated carrots on the dish. Season the salad with oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Spread the shrimp and mango.
