Seafood is low-calorie, so dishes from them can be consumed by people who want to lose weight.

Seafood salads are a great option for lunch, dinner or a festive table. They cook quickly and have great taste. Typically, such salads use crab, squid, shrimp, mussels, seaweed, of course, fish, complementing all this with other ingredients, such as vegetables. An important detail in the preparation of such salads is to use only fresh seafood!

Defrost squid fillet, boil water in a pan, salt, put a squid in a pan, cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes. Squid readiness is determined by their softness. Remove from the water with a slotted spoon. Do the same with shrimp.

Dice squids, shrimps can be left whole if they are not large enough. Boil eggs, cut into cubes. Cucumbers and feta cheese are also cut into cubes.

Tear lettuce leaves put them on the bottom of the glass. Spread the salad in layers: eggs, cheese, cucumbers, squid, shrimp. If you use mayonnaise as a sauce, then they need to coat each layer of salad. If you use dressing (olive oil + lemon juice), then you can simply pour salad over it, the layers are soaked on their own. Bon Appetit!
