In the hot summer, when ice cream is pretty boring, you can try to cook a refreshing unusual treat – sorbet. Strawberry sorbet is not sugary sweet, but refreshing, with light citrus acidity. Please and surprise your relatives and friends with such a delicious and healthy dessert!
Pour the finished mashed potatoes into a special wide container to make a thin layer of the future sorbet. We put the sorbet for an hour in the freezer. After an hour, with a fork or knife, you can whisk, chop the sorbet and stir it up so that the dessert is saturated with oxygen. Then again we put everything in the freezer. After 3 hours, repeat the procedure. Then we leave the sorbet in the freezer overnight.
