Summer soup with potatoes and turkey
5 pieces. Radish
6 pcs. Cucumber
1 PC. Bulb onions
2 pcs. Potatoes
150 g turkey
2 pcs. Egg
2 cloves Garlic
1 branch Thyme
Randomly chop radish, cucumber and 1/3 of the onion. Fill with cold boiled water and grind with a blender.
Boil potatoes, eggs and turkey in different stewpan until cooked. Dice.
Combine all the ingredients, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and garnish with a sprig of thyme. Bon Appetit!
