Taboule Salad is Lebanese cuisine. Its main ingredient is bulgur. Bulgur is a type of wheat groats. Traditionally, tomatoes and onions are added to the bulgur in the salad, however, these products can be replaced with others at will and taste. But it is important to remember that in this salad there should be a lot of fresh greens. Sometimes instead of bulgur, couscous is used, which is made from small semolina. The salad is seasoned with lemon juice and olive oil. But it is the lemon juice that needs to be added first! If you first add oil, then the greens will become soft and will not crunch. Taboule salad always turns out to be tender and tasty, bulgur, which is part of it, is saturated with the taste and aroma of seasonings and vegetables that are added to it, and this ensures the integrity and completeness of the whole dish.
