400 g Seafood cocktail
200 g Fresh salmon
2 pcs. Short cucumber
80 ml Dry white wine
1/2 pcs. Lemon
for frying Olive oil
1 PC. Shallot
1 teaspoon Tarragon (tarragon)
1 teaspoon Mustard Beans
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Sea salt, freshly ground black pepper
