It’s easy to prepare such cookies, the main thing is to knead the dough correctly and mold beautiful liver – and here is just room for imagination and creativity, so you can cook this treat with the children. There is one little secret in cooking brushwood: to make cookies crispy, you need to add quite a bit of alcohol (most often it is vodka or rum).

Rinse the lemon and oranges. Remove the zest. Squeeze juice from one orange.
