Tuna and White Bean Salad
1 PC. Carrot
185 g canned tuna
200 g canned white beans
50 g pickled onions
Cut ½ carrots into large slices, boil in hot salted water until light crunch and cool when ready.
Put canned tuna in a bowl, knead it with a fork, add beans, boiled carrots, chopped green onions and parsley, pickled onions, tear lettuce leaves and season everything with olive oil.
Let the salad brew a little and then serve. Bon Appetit!
