Vegetable salad with red beans and herring
Boil potatoes and beets in salted water, cool, peel, cut into equal cubes and put the ingredients in a bowl.
We peel onions. Cut the onion into two halves and grind each half into half rings. Add onion slices to vegetables
Throw red canned beans onto a sieve, rinse slightly with cold water, dry with a napkin and send to a bowl.
Cut the fish fillet into pieces, also send it to the salad, salt, pepper to taste and season with vegetable oil.
When serving, decorate with a sprig of fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
