50 g sauerkraut
50 g Pickle (from any pickles)
50 g Bulgarian pepper
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp. l Olive oil
to taste salt
to taste ground red pepper
green onion

Grind the garlic with a knife or skip the cloves through a special press. Pour olive oil onto the surface of the preheated pan and fry the garlic over low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the frozen butter to the pan and continue to fry until all the water has evaporated. Turn off the pan and let the mushrooms cool at room temperature.

We clear peppers from seeds and cut into thin strips, cut the cucumber into small cubes, chop the green onion with a sharp knife.

Next, we transfer into a deep bowl or salad bowl straws from sweet pepper, fried butter, cubes of pickled cucumber and sauerkraut. Add ground pepper and salt. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
