Soak dried porcini mushrooms for half an hour in cold water. Pour 2 liters of water into the pan and set to boil. Salt. We cut the mushrooms into strips, send them to boiling water along with the water in which they were soaked. Cook mushrooms for 10 minutes.
Peel the potatoes cut them into small cubes or cubes. We send potatoes to the mushroom broth.
