We peel the nuts and grind them into crumbs using a blender.
Pour 200 ml of milk into the stewpan, add sugar and cocoa. Mix and set on slow heating. Mix flour with 3 tbsp. l cold milk and pour into a stewpan in a thin stream.
Boil the chocolate paste for 5 minutes with regular stirring. Remove from heat and add the butter.
Add nuts to the chocolate paste, mix and cool in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit!
