Warm bacon salad with radish
150 g Bacon
2 slices rye bread
20 ml Vegetable oil
Cut slices of rye bread into small cubes. We heat the pan with the addition of vegetable oil. As soon as the butter starts to “sizzle”, put the sliced bread cubes into the pan. Fry until crusty.
We clear 1/2 of the radish. Grind on a grater. We shift the cutting from the radish into a bowl. Add salt and black pepper.
Cut the bacon into slices and spread in a hot pan. We make fat. We transfer the fried pieces of bacon first on a paper towel.
We collect all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir them and serve to the table. Delicious warm salad with bacon, crackers and green radish is ready. Bon Appetit!
