Warm Potato Salad with Mushrooms
Boil potatoes in advance for a warm salad and peel them. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes. We heat the pan with the addition of vegetable oil and put the potatoes in it. Fry until golden brown.
We wash the mushrooms (for example, honey mushrooms) underwater, transferring them to a colander. If the mushrooms are large, cut them into pieces. We put the mushrooms in a bowl.
Peel the onion and grind it in the form of thin half-rings. Add onion slices in a bowl to the mushrooms.
Finely chop fresh green onions. We send the canned green peas to the bowl, after draining the liquid from it.
Transfer the fried potatoes without oil to the rest of the prepared ingredients.
Season the warm potato salad with sour cream. Mix and salt. Hearty warm potato salad with mushrooms is ready. Bon Appetit!
